Join us for Group Skiing & Snowboarding
Elk Mountain is the ideal spot for your group ski trip. Everyone in your group is sure to find slopes and trails to suit their ability. Enjoy the camaraderie of friends while receiving the benefits of significant savings by purchasing tickets in bulk. The best group deal is the Midweek Group Special.
Group organizers take note – if your group makes two non-holiday midweek trips to Elk, your third non-holiday midweek trip could be free!
The rental shop is now paperless.
All members of a group renting equipment must use the “Rental Start Page” to register their information and sign release form.
Any renters must pre-register online at https://tickets.elkskier.com/selfentry/StartPage.aspx and the group leader must provide the names of each renter and the item that they’re renting to Group Sales one week before the date of your trip.
Any renters who do not pre-register can rent through the rental shop at regular pricing.
When the group leader picks up RFID lift tickets to distribute to group members, they will also receive a barcode for each renter by name to take directly to the boot counter of the rental shop.
The process has been streamlined and saves time.
Group members are strongly encouraged to take a photo of their tickets showing the WTP number. That number is unique to the group member within the group and is required to replace a ticket in the event of loss. There is a $5 charge for replacing lost lift tickets.
School Ski Trips
Elk Mountain Ski Resort offers affordable school group programs for schools and community groups to enjoy skiing and snowboarding. Elementary and High School students are encouraged to participate. If your school group allows it, we welcome parents and siblings to join the program. Contact us to learn more!

How do I get a third consecutive midweek group trip for free?
Midweek at Elk is truly a skier’s (and group leader’s) dream with fewer skiers on the mountain you can enjoy Elk’s extensive terrain to the fullest.
But the best part is that you can ski more while paying less.
In addition to Elk’s low weekday group rates, our Midweek Group Special is almost too good to be true. If your group makes two non-holiday midweek trips to Elk Mountain, the average dollar amount spent on lifts, lessons and rentals will be credited toward your third non-holiday midweek trip arranged by a group leader in the same season. Sorry, no cash value.
